Fans of Phish will have a few more chances to see the jam band this summer following the recently announced "Super Ball IX" festival in Upstate New York.
Though the band will take a month off following the July 1-3 festival, five more stops have just been confirmed for August, including the band's first ever performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and a headlining slot at San Francisco's Outside Lands fest.
Rounding out the schedule are two-night stands at the Gorge in Washington state and at Lake Tahoe in Nevada, and a three-night stand at UIC Pavilion in Chicago.
Ticket onsale information for the new shows can be found at the band's website.
As previously announced, Phish will be on the road this summer beginning May 27 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, which was built on the site of the original Woodstock concert in Bethel, NY.
As with last year's Phish tour, each ticket will include a free MP3 download of audio from the entire show, which will be made available via the band's site.
